We were joined by artists Megan Q. Bostic and Alia El-Bermani, and Giselle Genillard, founder of SOS Internationale and specialist in Somatic Experiencing, to explore the ways in which grief and loss intertwine and can influence our work and our identity. This can happen individually in our studios and as private responses to grief, and yet the way in which our experiences can reach others highlights the importance of collective responses, the spaces we create to explore emotions and the power of embodied communication.
